Q.Are your products tested on animals?

A.NAT. is a cruelty free company. We do not test our ingredients, product protoypes or finished products on animals and we work closely with our ingredient suppliers to ensure they are aware of our company value & policies & are certified for ethical sourcing code compliance.

Q.I have very sensitive skin, can I use NAT. products?

A.NAT. is a natural, professional skin care range based on pure essential oils, plant extracts & vitamins. These ingredients are active & promote response in the skin (which is what we want to improve our skin health & appearance!) If you have a sensitive skin, we recommend you slowly introduce new products into your regime, one product at a time. This will give your skin time to adjust. Timing may vary for this; you know your skin better than anyone! You can patch test on your inner elbow or behind the ear before using any new products. Apply a small amount & leave as long as it normally takes for your skin to respond, or for 24 hours. If you experience any uncomfortable sensations, such as stinging or burning, wash off immediately & contact your salon of purchase.

Q.Do NAT. products contain parabens?

A.No, NAT. products do not contain parabens with the exception of two professional salon only products, Replenish Mask & Enzyme Peel.

Q.Do NAT. products contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or fragrance?

A.We are moving toward becoming 100% free of both ingredients & have already reformulated many products to be so.

Q.Are NAT. products vegan?

A.NAT. essential oils and face serums are vegan, however we cannot 100% guarantee our cleansers and cream products are, due to the sourcing of the raw material ingredients.

Q.Are your products certified organic?

A. The NAT. range is a natural skin care range with essential oils, plant extracts & active vitamins. We have a Certified Organic Rosehip Oil.

Q.What age group is NAT. suitable for?

A.NAT. Products are perfectly safe & suitable for all ages! Generally with the onset of puberty is when a skin can change due to hormonal changes, which can present skin issues. This is a good time to begin using a simple, yet effective skin regime. Otherwise NAT. has products to suit all skin types & specific products to treat skin conditions, such as dehydration, dryness, pigmentation, premature ageing, oiliness & acne.

Q.Which NAT. products are safe for pregnancy?

A.Most NAT. products are safe for pregnancy; one exception is the Vitamin A serum as it contains Retinol, which is not recommended for pregnancy. There are two professional facial massage products that are not suitable for use in pregnancy, which NAT. beauty professionals have knowledge of. They will use a safe alternative serum or oil, such as NAT. Certified Organic Rosehip Oil.

Aromatherapy essential oils should be avoided for the first four months & thereafter can be extremely helpful & provide relief to symptoms (fluid retention, stress, muscle aches), especially in pregnancy massage performed by a certified practitioner or therapist. Do not use essential oils directly on the skin during pregnancy. Essential oils to be avoided during pregnancy are: Bay, Basil, Cedar wood, Clary Sage, Comfrey, Cypress, Fennel, Ginger, Hyssop, Jasmine, Juniper, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Melissa, Myrrh, Peppermint, Rose, Rosemary, Sage & Thyme. It is always advisable to consult your medical or health practitioner for advice in pregnancy.

Q.What are the best NAT. face products for rosacea?

A.Rosacea is a skin condition & the cause is not completely clear. Symptoms may include redness, visible blood vessels, papules & pustules. Alcohol, caffeine & spicy food consumption may flare this condition. Harsh or chemical products may also aggravate. Recommended NAT. products are Certified Organic Rosehip Oil, Vitamin C serum & the Restore Range. It is best to slowly introduce you skin to one product at time, & over a period of time for the skin to adjust. Once the skin has adjusted & become healthier, Vitamin A serum may be introduced slowly, at night only.

Q.Can you tell me about the Vitamin C in the C Serum?

A.NAT.Vitamin C Serum contains 8% Vitamin C in the form of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate. . An oil soluble form of Vitamin C, able to penetrate oils (or lipids) as well as water for deeper penetration into the skins layers. It also does not sting on application, as it does not require a low pH to penetrate. It is also a stable form of Vitamin C, therefore works as antioxidant long after you apply & has a longer shelf life.

Q.Can you tell me about the Vitamin A in the A Serum?

A.NAT. Vitamin A serum contains 1.5% Retinol. Retinol is a whole form of the Vitamin A molecule. This is one of the most active forms of Vitamin A obtainable over the counter & a potent antioxidant. Vitamin A is naturally found in our body & contributes to healthy vision, bones, immune function & healthy functioning skin. It is a direct skin cell communicator, so vital to “normalise” cell function. It communicates to a skin cell to behave like a young, healthy functioning cell & therefore addresses many skin conditions & concerns; pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity & acne. The overall appearance is improved as well as skin health. It is not advisable to use Retinol in pregnancy.

A.The NAT. essential oils are 100% pure.

Q.Can NAT. Aroma essential oils be ingested or used for cooking?

A.We are unable to recommend essential oils for ingestion. Their many benefits for health & well being may be enjoyed by vaporising, adding to massage oil or bath, or sprinkled on the floor of the shower.

Q.Are all the ingredients of the NAT. essential oils from Australia?

A.All NAT. products are made in Australia, however not all ingredients are sourced from Australia. Due to climatic, geographic & season availability reasons, all ingredients may not be obtained in Australia. Our essential oils are sourced from countries where the plant material grows best climatically & seasonally and that contain the best active constituents to perform accordingly to the high standards we set. The ingredients are sourced from countries aligned with our manufacturing ethical sourcing code compliance & Quality Assurance standards.

Q.Do you offer opening order packages?

A.Yes, NAT. offers two opening order options. One for the complete face retail & professional range, another with the complete the face retail & professional & massage professional range. Both offer the full ranges at a discounted price. These are listed on the NAT. wholesale price list.

Q.Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A.No, we do not have minimum order requirements. We only have conditions for ordering salon testers. You may order 6 of one product & receive a salon tester of the same product free.

Q.Do you offer any training?

A.Yes. As we are based on the Gold Coast, we offer phone or skype training for support. We can provide you with a comprehensive training manual. Our Head Office is open from 9am-5pm for any support needed. We will also be providing access to free online training very soon, via the NAT. website which can be completed at any time convenient to you.

Q.How do I place an order?

A.You can order by phoning our Head office on 07 5575 7144, by emailing enquiries@nataliegroup.com, or online via the NAT. website. Our Head Office is able to set up an account for you to be able to order online.

Q.How do I pay for my order?

A.You can pay by credit card or account deposit. Your order is shipped as soon as payment is received.

Q.How do I become a stockist on the website?

A.When you order a complete opening order package, we will add you to our stockist page.

Q.What marketing material do you offer?

A. We offer posters, product sample sachets, shopping bags, product brochures & gift certificates.

Q. How can I order the marketing material?

A. We provide an free allocation valued at $230 in our complete opening order package, or with each order that is placed, you will be able to order a value of 5% of the total invoice amount in marketing collateral of your choice. Otherwise marketing collateral can be ordered at anytime. Prices are on the wholesale price list.

Q. How much is freight cost?

A. We offer very competitive freight cost through our couriers. It depends on the size of your order, but generally it is between $10-$25.
